Summer of 2021 arrived and it was time to initiate a new project because we never stop growing. Our goal is to expand and reach as many local schools as possible in Thailand and give opportunities to as many students as possible. However, the Lego Mindstorm kits were too expensive, so our team researched different potential platforms we could use to teach our students. One platform came up: MicroBit, a more advanced microcontroller that is 8 times cheaper than the Lego Mindstorm.

Additionally, we hosted our first robotics competition virtually using the platform Vex VR due to the current COVID-19 situation. Competitors were split into two categories: one for students Grades 7-9 and one for students Grades 10-12. The objective of the competition was to foster our robotics driven community during a time of uncertainty. Our participants had the opportunity to gain new knowledge and experiences while exploring their passions in a competitive but fun environment.
